The indicators have actually been around for three decades, just like in anything else, you notice only the ones that are of urgent interest to you. While in the United States anyone can buy and sell homes, most people only buy and sell the house in which they reside or expect to live.
Purchasing houses without the intention of staying in them-as a company, really began to take off around 30 years ago when a variety of seminar speakers crossed the county offering lessons in buying and selling homes for profit.

And as one of them, let me tell you that there are nice, professional people who can collect the capital they need to purchase and are acquainted with the way you work in real estate.
There are still, and still, loads of young people studying how to purchase houses and any of the people wanting to sell a house rapidly may help these immigrants practise the trade.
Besides knowing if they reply to the phone and eventually appear at the time decided upon for an appointment, I would like to know how long the individual has been purchasing houses and how good they are doing it.
